Je suis déçue car je pensais que vu son nom FACILOTAB, il serait bien plus facile d'utilisation pour une personne qui n'a jamais touché à un appareil connecté

Bonjour, ce produit répond bien à l'attente de plusieurs dizaines de milliers d'utilisateurs, un très grand nombre de nos utilisateurs n'avaient jamais manipuler un ordinateur ou autre appareil similaire avant d'acquérir la tablette Facilotab, pour les utilisateurs très réfractaires il faut parfois un petit délai d'adaptation et un accompagnement d'un proche pour qu'ils puissent se familiariser, et découvrir les nombreuses possibilités de communiquer avec leurs proches. En vous souhaitant une bonne journée.
